Q: How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, select your preferred fabric count/cut, and check out through our secure payment system.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay Installments. Wholesale accounts are invoiced directly or card saved to account.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
No. To keep operations smooth, each order is processed and shipped individually.
Q: Can I check the status of my order?
Yes email us anytime and we’ll let you know where your fabric is in the process. We can’t guarantee exact ship dates, but we can give you an estimated timeframe.
2. Fabric & Silk Information
Q: What fabric counts do you offer?
Aida: 14–20ct 22ct Hardanger| Evenweave: 28–40ct | Linen: 28–56ct. Availability varies by color.
Q: Why does Made to Order take longer?
Because it’s not mass-produced it’s dyed by hand. Fabrics are scheduled and dyed in small, intentional batches to reduce dye waste and water use. Your fabric goes through a full dye cycle, wash, heat set, drying time, cutting, and packing. Turnaround times are posted at the top of the website. Q: Will I get the same fabric if I order again?
Not always. Made to Order fabrics are hand-dyed in small batches, so slight variations are part of the magic.
Q: Will my fabric look exactly like the photo?
Due to hand-dyeing, every piece is unique. Monitor settings can also affect color appearance.
Q: Are the fabrics colorfast?
All fabrics go through extensive rinsing and heat-setting to reduce the chance of dye discharge. However, slight bleeding can occasionally occur especially with darker colors or certain threads. Always do a quick rinse or color test before stitching.
Q: How do I care for my fabric?
Gently hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry flat away from direct sunlight.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
Ready-to-ship items leave within 3–5 business days. Dyed-to-order fabrics check top of website for current timeline.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping costs, taxes/VAT, and duties are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance. We do not offer untracked or First Class international shipping due to higher risk of loss or delay.
Q: How do I track my package?
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
4. Custom Orders
Q: Can I request a custom color?
Yes. Contact us before ordering to discuss colors, counts, and timelines.
Q: How long do custom orders take?
Typically 3-8 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Policies
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of our fabrics.
Exception: If there’s an error on our end, we’ll fix it.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 5 business days with photos, and we’ll work with you on a replacement.
6. Events & Clubs
Q: How do I join a fabric or silk club?
Sign up through the Clubs section of our website. Memberships renew monthly until canceled.
Q: When do club shipments go out?
Usually around the 15th to 20th of each month.
Q: How do I skip a month?
Log into your account and click “Manage Subscriptions” before the 1st of the month.
Q: Can I change my fabric type or count?
Yes. Message us before your billing date or change it in your account.
Q: When will I be billed?
On the 1st of each month. If payment fails, the system will retry before removing you from the club. If you use Shop Pay, you’ll need to re-link your payment method.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in your account settings no hard feelings, but we’ll miss you. 🖤
