 Shipping & Turnaround

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Ready to Ship items usually leave within 3–5 business days. Made to Order fabrics take longer (see below). **Please note:** Your entire order will ship once all items are complete. If you need a specific colorway or item sooner, please place a separate order.

Q: Why does Made to Order take longer?
A: Because it’s not mass-produced—it’s dyed by hand. Fabrics are scheduled and dyed in **small, intentional batches** to reduce dye waste and water use, supporting both quality and environmental care. Your fabric goes through a full dye cycle, wash, heat set, drying time, then it’s cut and packed with care. Turnaround times are posted at the top of the website depending on order volume. Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! BeStitchMe ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout along with any taxes/VAT or duties. 

All international orders are shipped using trackable, insured methods to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier requirements.

At this time, we do not offer untracked or First Class international shipping due to the increased risk of lost or delayed packages.

We understand that shipping rates may feel high for lightweight items, but please know that our system uses carrier-approved services that include full tracking and protection for both the customer and our shop.

Q: Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

A: Unfortunately, no. To keep things running smoothly, each order is processed and shipped individually.

Q: Can I check the status of my order?

A: You can always email us to check your order status. We’re happy to update you with where your fabric is in the process. However, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. If we provide an estimated timeframe, please note—it’s just that: an estimate.

Q: Will I get the same fabric if I order again?
A: Not always. Made to Order fabrics are hand-dyed in small batches, so slight variations are part of the magic. No two pieces are exactly alike. 

Q: Are the fabrics colorfast?
A: All fabrics go through an extensive rinse and heat-setting process to reduce the chance of dye discharge. However, due to the nature of hand-dyeing and fabric variations, slight bleeding can occasionally occur—especially with darker colors or when using certain threads. We always recommend doing a quick rinse or color test before stitching to be safe.

Q: Can I request a custom color?
A: Custom requests are always welcome—just send me a message and let’s chat! While I’ll do my best to accommodate, I can’t make any guarantees, and turnaround times may be longer depending on my current schedule and dye load.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes, wholesale is available to select shops. Email us directly for access brandy@bestitchme.com

Q: Where can I see past club colorways?
A: Join our Facebook join for Monthly Highlights. 

Q: Do you vend at events or retreats?
A: Yes! Keep an eye on the [Events](#) page for upcoming shows and trunk events.

Q: Do you offer classes?

A: Yes! Stay tuned for monthly class postings at our shop. We’ll be offering hands-on sessions covering dyeing, stitching, and more.

 Subscription Questions

Q: How do I skip a month?
A: Log into your account and click “Manage Subscriptions.” You can skip any month before the 1st. No stress, no drama.

Q: Can I change my fabric type or count?
A: Absolutely. Message me before your next billing date or make the swap by logging into your account.  

Q: When will I be billed?
A: Subscription billing happens on the 1st of each month. If your payment doesn’t go through, the system will automatically try again before removing you from the club. If you use ShopPay you will have to link your subscription again to your payment method.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yep. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account. No hard feelings—but we’ll miss you. 🖤

Other Questions

Q: I’m new—what’s the difference between Aida, Lugana, and Linen?
A: Great question! Aida has an easy-to-see grid, perfect for beginners. Lugana has a softer weave and is ideal for over-two stitching. Linen offers a beautiful natural look with more variation in the weave. All are great—it just depends on your stitching style.

Q: If I sign up after the 1st, do I get this month’s club?
A: Club billing happens on the 1st. If you sign up after the 10th of the month, your first fabric will ship with the *next* month’s club drop.

Q: What’s your return or refund policy?
A: Due to the nature of hand-dyed fabrics and made-to-order items, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order due to my error reach out and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
