Thank you for choosing BeStitchMe for your fabric purchases. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

1. No Refunds:

  • All sales of fabrics, silks, and patterns are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any fabric purchases.   
  • Inspect your package when delivered for any damages or mistakes.  If there is a mistake or fabric flaw with your fabric we will replace or refund the fabric.  Shipping costs are not refunded.  You must reach out within 7 days of receiving your package if there is an issue. 
  • If you have any questions about a particular fabric, please contact us before making your purchase.

2. Quality Assurance:

  • We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our fabric listings.
  • However, variations in color, texture, and pattern may occur due to differences in computer monitors and dye lots.
  • We cannot guarantee exact color matches or consistency between batches of fabric. The image shown is the color guideline and they are not exact. 

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective fabric, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Custom orders, personalized fabrics, and clearance items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

7. Policy Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
