Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. These include:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the destination address. We may offer free shipping promotions on orders that meet certain criteria, which will be clearly stated during checkout.
Shipping Timeframes: Ready-to-ship items will ship within 3-5 business days.
Fabrics that are Made to order will ship in the estimated time listed at the top of the website. This is only an estimate and there are factors that may extend the timeframe. You will be contacted if it exceeds the posted time.
Order Processing: Orders are processed Tuesday- Friday during store hours.
Made to order fabrics are dyed in batches. Orders with many fabrics colors may take longer.
Tracking Orders: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We reserve the right to cancel orders at anytime for any reason.
Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is included with standard shipping. Please reach out within 5 days of receiving any damaged or lost package.
